Our Amenities
Potomac Club Owners Association is home to great number of amenities. Below take moment to look at the amenities our community has to offer:

Year-round Indoor Lap Pool - Among the different offering within PCOA's Clubhouse and Fitness Center is a five lane lap swimming pool which is open six days per week. The indoor pool is manned by a lifeguard while open, and the pool company ensures that the pool is maintained and properly balance and heated for resident use.
Fitness Center - The PCOA Fitness center has a wide variety of workout equipment to choose from. from resistence bands and medicine balls in our Flex Room to free weights and machine weights on the main workout floor; as well as stair masters, tread mills, stationary bikes and rowing machines for cardio. We want to make sure that our residents have everything the local paid gyms have so our members can have the convenience of facilities closer to home. this also includes a number of fitness classes as well.
Sauna - How Fitness Center is also host to a sauna. On the basement level of the Fitness Center, the community has access to a beautiful sauna. the heating source of the Sauna is a dry rock heating unit, meaning we don't allow for pouring water over the rocks to introduce steam. Once you have finished your workout, finish up by sweating it out even more, or come by just use the Sauna on its own!
Playgrounds - PCOA has two Playgrounds in the community. One is next to the Clubhouse and Outdoor Pool, The other is located on Oberlin Dr.
Outdoor Pool PCOA hosts an outdoor pool with a jacuzzi/spa pool, main pool, and a wading pool for younger children. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year.
Multi-Purpose Courts PCOA has a Multi-Purpose Basketball court which is open to the community from 8:00am to 9:00pm.
