Are you looking to buy or sell a unit in Potomac Club Owners Association? Under the Virginia Resale Disclosure Act, it is required by state law that Homeowners selling their home provide a resale disclosure package to the buyer. This package provides the HOA's rules and regulations, covenants and resale inspections reports/findings, and additional required documents per the Act and the HOA's Governing Documents.

Because PCOA is comprised of a Master Homeowner's Association and five Sub Condominium Associations, it is required that a disclosure package be provided for both PCOA and whichever Condominium Association the unit belongs to. PCOA's Resale Disclosure Package can be ordered through HomeWise Docs, which is a third party provider utilized by PCOA and their management company Barkan Management Company.
